Had my usual on Tuesday, 9 pieces for $9.95 only to be told it was now $10.95 which is still pretty good value for money. However it has come to my attention that the hot n spicy (my fav) has become more and more like mild at best and somewhat tasting like original but with a different coating. It has not been limited to this particular store I have noticed it quite a bit at other stores too.

Gave this store a break for a while, hopefully they would have improved. Wait 15 mins to get box, get home wrong burger, no pcs, rotten service that you have to wait ages for, would not recommend this store to anyone...

How can a chicken shop on a Saturday night at 640pm run out of chicken.. You serious. Don't you have a manager that checks the time, food cooked n levels to prevent running out.. Got to be kidding. Bad management... Last time. Arghhhhhhh

I called in last night about 7:30 Anzac day for my usual ultimate box and they were pretty busy & i was prepared for a wait but as i walked in there was 2 guys yelling & screaming at the poor young guy & a young girl behind the counter which there was no need for & they (the customers) were just 2 drunken arrogant pigs, this young guy & a young girl going well & working fast at tring to get everyone's orders out & keep every thing running efficiently i give you guys credit these to pig's were only looking for a freed feed & by abusing yous the way they did was sign of their ugly personality keep up the good work guys & dont let pigs like this get you down No one should have to put up with this abuse😊

Usually pretty quick service. Sometimes they get the order wrong, but they are happy to fix it up.
