Thought they deserved my feedback on a good experience specially when good service hard to come by in fast food now.nnFew weeks back hubby got home with family burger box to find there was no burgers at all left me in grabby mood cause had already been huge day rang up and manager answered and knew as soon as I said bout burgers what order it was said come in.nnWhen got back she had a fresh order for me threw in extra chips and a drink and let me keep the first partial order, she was very friendly and apologetic and two other staff there helping get all together.nnThe manager was awesome and I really appreciated how she handled it and turned my experience around.nnHave add I have always found the Cessnock staff very friendly and can see they work under pressure well :
Have been ordering 10 nuggets and reg chips apple juice everyday for last 6 months tonight asked for supper charged sauce as not keen on sweet and sour so tonight charged $0.60 extra for sauce normally included in cost of meal .NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS KFC AS WE ALSO DO MACCA'S ONCE A DAY FOR SAME ORDER THAT IS 365 TIMES A YEAR X2 LOOKING LIKE MACCA'S NOW GET LUNCH AND DINNER NUGGETS AND CHIPS X2 FOR 365 DAYS A YEAR.
Today we ordered 2 × 3 piece meal.nThe chicken is overcooked the chips are cold and we requested to have the chips seasoned with extra salt and as usual we got no salt on chips.nWhy have people stopped caring and where is the pride as we can't remember the last time the chips were seasoned, fresh and hot...nAll food should be at a temperature of 50 / 60 degrees . Not at Cessnock KFC...The managers is not doing there job correctly. Very disappointed as we are running out of takeaway food to eat....
When i opened the snack box there was a filthy scrunched up receipt inside the box, when i phoned the store to inform them, the managers reply was this was normal practice and store policy… I have serious concerns regarding hygiene and cross contamination, hands are dirty and scrunching up paper before placing it inside and on top of food cannot be healthy.nGoogle it !!!!nHow bacteria can be transferred to food?nThe main way that contamination spreads in the kitchen is by our hands.
Spent over $50 on a giant feast, swapped 15pce original recipe for 10pce and 5 tenders. Nothing was enjoyable. The chicken pieces and tenders were dark brown, borderline burnt. Chips were dry with minimal salt. I understand it was a busy time, but to spend that much money for the meal to be inedible is just not on.. Will not return.
