Terrible service and multiple mistakes have happened before.nWent in to order Wednesday special deal, specifically specified on the online order that we requested hot and spicy pieces instead of the originals. Understanding that during rush hours, mistakes can happen. But this is not the first time that it has happened. This has happened multiple times before. Unsure how mistakes can happen over and over again.nnWe ordered the $20 big dinner under July Promotion. We didn't check the order due to the business in store, but when we got home, only to find that the chicken pieces looked very unappetising, soaked in oil, missed a few pieces, and was not what we had originally ordered! See pictures attached!nnSuch a disappointment!! I wouldn’t recommend people to come to this place!
I just wanted approx 9 pieces and some chips... but you can no longer buy 9 pieces, nor 7,8 , 10,11 etc... they have priced it so you have to buy 6 and 3. So I did..$30 for 9 bits of chicken...6 of them hot and crispy looked like this... one was less than a nuggets! Shocking...kfc was never quality food, but quality and quantity has really gone down and prices up. I'd rather go eat elsewhere now. I'll no longer go to kfc.
This store needs a shake up . 3 times in a row ordering a 3 piece box and received 3 legsn3rd time I mentioned my previous orders and asked for them to be careful with the chicken selection Yet now I have been given 2 legs and some other small piece of chicken. When I questioned the team I was told 2 small and 1 large is policy. There is no way my 3rd piece of chicken is a large piece. Don't think I'll be back
Ordered a Giant Feast. Quality of the meal was average. Don't order extra dipping sauce, you ain't getting it. Comes with 3 dipping sauce, ordered an extra 2 and I only got 2. Asked if it's all there, they said with confidence it's all there. Looking for better quality? Go to Capalaba park for a better quality meal and service.
The workers there barely do their job properly.nWhen we were waiting for our order, they were just standing around chatting, slouching and laughing, whilst we were waiting there for more than 10mins for our food.nOur food was cold once we got it after they took ages.nVery disappointed tonight, sometimes they do a pretty good job but there’s always something they miss or do wrong when you go.
