Ordered from the “secret menu” the zinger slider stacker refer to pic on app and compare to what we received, it’s not even toasted? Staff need to be trained especially with customer service as, the young girl that served at the counter had lacked enthusiasm and we felt like anything we asked was a burden. This place use to actually be a decent KFC location, what a shame it’s gone down hill.
Ordered disappointment tonight.nUpon receiving my order I was missing 2 items. So while I waited paitently to get the attention of the employees to let them know about the mistake. I was also then shocked to find a date sticker wrapped inside with my burger. So not wanting to inconvenience the employees again I just left. Would not recommend.
I know KFC has notoriously never been consistent with the quality of their food, however whoever did the coating on the wicked wings Monday evening they were truly terrible, just yuck please resign and stop inflicting your disgusting wings on paying customers. Quite disgraceful since we purchased 30 wings and all gross.
Dirty on the outside area , a good sweep of the paper products on ground and a wipe over on tables would be great as all dirty. Food , chips great as freshly cooked ,same as nuggets. Chicken I had to look twice as it was so dark ,and over done or recooked again and again. Not in a hurry to return.
90% of the time they get the order wrong, they send an email for you to go back and get the missing items and forget to add the missing item. The chips are always under seasoned and soggy. Just drive past this one, you'll be doing yourself a favour.
