I live close to this restaurant, which is why I keep going back since it's convenient. However, I always expect better, and each time it just gets worse. The food is consistently unfresh—old and stale chips, wings that are never crisp/overfried? and often have hair, and terrible burgers with soggy lettuce and hard buns. It's really disappointing because I hoped for a decent meal so close to home, but I just can't recommend it anymore
I just got home to give my son some kfc & we ordered a burger feast $47- all Original. As we don’t like spicy & to be told there was only 1 fillet left so we waited for fresh ones to be maden20 min - later . We got home the burgers are cold - we only live around the corner Chips are also cold . Gravy & nuggets were the only thing Hot & the burgers are Spicy Not Original Now they are about to close so can’t go backnSo disgusted in the venue we waited, for fresh food, never got it, the young girl was very helpfulnWho took our order but the rest of it .very disappointed
Got a Zinger Burger Box but received the Zinger Burger Matchbox. Think I’ll buy a microscope to find the food here again. Apparently the chicken “piece” was due to a supplier issue. Didn’t stop you charging me full price. Avoid this jointnnWell you’ve offered to fix a problem that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Guess you’ll now offer the “McDonalds” solution which is a voucher to buy me off and make the issue disappear without fixing the systemic failings. No go. This is my review of what happened. This store is brand new and has a rating already that is disgraceful. Take note that not everyone complains for a freebie. I want nothing from you
One of the nice and clean KFC shop. Hygienic atmosphere, nice music on. Orders done quickly. Toilets are very clean. Spacious carpark. Thanks for the great service
Food was average, my tenders were so tiny maybe this is normal now but I was very disappointed, could hear staff out the back chatting away and nobody out front to make up orders or serve, waited about 10min for a very basic meal, the restaurant was also very very dirty
