My experience at KFC had its ups and downs. The chicken in the Boneless Feast, was on point and really tasty. However, the chips were underseasoned, which was a bit disappointing. To make matters worse, they forgot to include napkins, wet wipes, and sauces with my order. The restaurant itself wasn’t in the best shape either—most of the tables were dirty and the floor was covered in food and crumbs. On a positive note, the staff was polite and friendly, which helped make up for some of the other issues. Overall, it was a decent meal, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and cleanliness.
Chicken was actually tough and greasy and lacking spices. Coleslaw was a wet slushy. Chips were not crispy. This was terrible! KFC should be tender. Not good enough when U buy 10 pieces plus extras. Don't waste ur money and if U r an older person they give U shit! Unbelievable! Not happy.
It's a KFC. They can get very busy, with drive-through queues stretching well into the carpark. They have mucked up my order twice, but given compo replacement food voucher after complaints were lodged. Chicken can be a bit dry a lot of the time - and let's face it, we go to dirty bird for a bit of greasy goodness, so when it's dry and old, it's pretty disappointing
It really annoys me when big chains get it wrong.nnYou have a shift manager absolutely engrossed in drive through orders. I've seen this bloke for near on 12 years from your Morayfield store, sweating his ringer out making burgers. Why is he not expediting orders?nnHe needs to have the ability to oversee all aspects of the restaurant because walk ins was an absolute joke.nnThree times I had to get my simple order fixed even after staring at six items sit on the pass for ten minutes waiting to get bagged because they were waiting on one item to finish cooking.nnI waited for half an hour. My wife and three kids doing laps of the car park waiting trying to keep them from losing their mind waiting for their treat.nnI've worked for Collins food groups before. This didn't happen 20 years ago why is it happening now?!nnFix it.
I visited your KFC today and ordered two original crispy box meals and two large Pepsis. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had an issue with this location. Your staff seems unable to take a simple order correctly. Only one box meal was brought out, and no drinks were provided. When I asked where the other meal was, they insisted that only one had been ordered. I clearly ordered two meals and the drinks as well.nnI expressed my frustration, mentioning that every time I come to this branch, the order is always wrong and items are missing. The team there appears to be incompetent. They then told me I would have to drive around through the drive-through again. I told them not to bother, and I went to Red Rooster, which happens to be in the same complex. I've never been disrespected or had a simple order messed up like this before.nnThis store needs a major overhaul! Not only did I not receive the full order I paid for, but they also refused to serve me properly and wasted more of my time!nnI have emailed the head office, hopefully someone there can actually follow up and have the store run more better with the proper training of staff, clearly there is non.
