Excellent customer service though drive thru, but chicken was over cooked and seemed oldish. I ordered hot n spicy family feast and was first experience with Byford kfc. Will try again soon, hopefully just a one off with the chicken as stores are becoming few n far between for hot n spicy near Bertram.
First and last time going here.nFrom the rude girl who took my order, then having to wait 15 mins for chicken and they were not busy, and the chicken pieces were tiny see photo of drumstick next to a teaspoon, made a very disappointing experience. The tenders were also all stuck together in one big lump, and the nuggets were all broken.nEdit....also realised we weren't given any sauces that were supposed to be included in the meal box we ordered.
So I stopped going as regularly got my order wrong. Then I saw this no buns waffle thing and thought I'd try it. I'll let the pics do the talking of what I thought I'd get vs what I actually got. Also ordered a 3 piece meal and got home to find no bun or gravy.
First time in a couple of years that I’ve been here. Never again! Chicken were tiny pieces and over-cooked and dry. Looked like it had been re-cooked. Chips were half cooked and cold in the middle.
Got takeaway through drivethrough today around 11.30am. By 12.20 my daughter was throwing up in the toilet and my bbq slider that i was eating had a real foul taste to it too. Tasted like poison. Even the bread wrap thing was powdery. I thought these were cooked not raw dough. Absolutely disgusting. Cant get rid of the taste
