This is without a doubt the best KFC I have been to. I have been coming here regularly simply because the food is always fresh, the staff are well trained, polite, happy and helpful and the manager Belinda is awesome and always greets us if she is there. It is so rare these days to find this type of service that is consistently excellent. I have had mixed service at so many other places - this place stands out. Well done - whatever you are doing - keep it up - and please share your formula with every other customer service business
The most efficient KFC I have been too. All the staff put in & play their part. Well done. Very impressive by the service. Good team unit. Great for delivery drivers who don't have to wait forever for orders.nnThank you. Great job Team!
Great manager at the store as like anywhere had errors because things happen, but always makes sure to rectify and look after you for errors. Impeccable Service that many others should learn from.nEven this meal i require change from the normal menu item and they done so without haste. Food was good
No one serving. Wrong order. Complained and when the manager rang made to feel it was my ignorance not them. If someone had served while at the speaker box 7 minute wait and not having to memorise the kfc menu at the window as a result of no one serving, which resulted in the order being incorrect. Their wouldn't be a negative review. Oh at least this restaurant is really difficult to get to.
I was served by a nice little gentleman by the name of Daniel. It was very kind and he made my day. He deserves a pay rise and should be getting paid more than the manager. He’s the only reason this place is still a business. I love you Daniel.
