Picked up our order went home opened it up for the kids. Snack cups had basically no chips so gave the kids mine which was also half empty. Then eating some of the chips and came across a hair that definitely wasn’t any of ours not the right colour or length. When trying to ring the store several times no answer. Not happy. Have since filled out the contact form as instructed in comment by KFC and no contact.
Very sad KFC, manager yelling at team, very rude, ordered a twister crunch wrap, got a wrap with the smallest chicken strips and lettuce no sauce or actual salad like it’s meant to come with.nEven the girl on the front counter was very rude and had no people skills. Will not be going back or recommending.
47 minutes for a 15 piece original bucket and why did I wait so long?nnWas told it would be 15 minutes and it become a challenge to see how long the wait would end up being.nnLazy rude and dismissive staff was the icing on the cake.nnI pray the owner or atleast management see this and question why they have employed potatos to work at this store.nnI was surprised when I asked for the duty manage an unkempt mushroom presented themselves waving at the screens about other orders.nnSeveral other customers had come and gone while I waited.
We have only bought from this KFC a couple of times and it has been consistently bad since their opening day, they never fail to forget an item. The most recent time we got kfc from here was only because it was conveniently on the way home. Got two large chips and got home to realise they were both half full and unsalted. The skin on the chicken was bland and falling off. It is worth the extra 10 minute drive to the Booval KFC which is always better quality.
Sat the drive through speaker for longer than should've, but it was broken and workers weren't aware.nnOnce sorted that, it was pretty faster from there. They actually put extra salt on the chips, for once!
