In the visits that I have made, and the door dash I have paid for, the rate of the order being right is easily only 60%. Incorrect chicken on burgers when you have kids who won't eat spicy things it is a nightmare. Wrong sauce. Chips cold. Lettuce when asked for a burger without lettuce. The list goes on. But what more can you expect from a fast food place where everyone wants their food yesterday.
I arrived at 8pm.nI ordered a zinger burger and 3 piece feed all hot and spicy.nHe made me pay and then informed me they had no zinger burgers and no hot and spicy.nI asked why I wasn't told that prior to paying.nHe didn't seem to care.nI was offered no extras or no cash backnVery poor and I'll never return
Arrived at 6pm. Watched as not a single in store order was completed or a single customer served for 20 minutes. Could have been longer, not sure how long this was happening before I walked in, but the ONE person who was working out front was certainly not in any hurry and certainly didn’t seem to care that there was a line out the door. Several customers left without placing an order. The list of pending orders on the screen just kept getting longer and longer. After waiting over 30 minutes I was told it would take another 20 minutes for my food to be ready. I ended up asking for a refund and going elsewhere. With how expensive fast food is getting comparatively to restaurants, and now these excessive wait times, it’s honestly quicker and cheaper to just go get a proper feed from a restaurant. There’s nothing fast about this food.
Made to wait 30m then told they were out of everything..chicken, potato/gravy, coleslaw?? wtf ?? This is after 65 orders had gone through after my number. Money back, no apologies. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Since when do drive through take priority over customers in-house ?nOh your busy? Hire more people over public holidays.nPoor staff ran off their feet, management need to get their act sorted.nCustomers beware, ended up at the competition next door, what a difference.
Chick at the front was playing with her hair then, packing chicken & no one was serving which, took forever for someone to realise there were 2 different people ready to order. One that served us was polite but, BIG TURN OFF WANTING TO EAT & SEEING PEOPLE OUT FRONT PLAYING WITH THEIR HAIR WHILE WORKING AROUND FOOD
