I went into the store on a relatively quite night and had been deciding what to order with the employee at the till. I had decided and paid $49.20 for a meal when I quickly changed my mind about my selections and kindly asked the young man if I could change my order to the $49.99 value pack, where he told me no and had no customer service at all. I understand that it may be annoying to change an order but I expected some effort from the employee especially since I had placed my order about 10 seconds piror.nnOverall I felt like I as the customer wasn’t put first and was dissatisfied with how I was spoken to by the employee, service and food value.
We got mouldy food and it was revolting. This place needs to be shut down . Absolutely terrible
Pretty good quality KFC. Fresh chips and burger made right, can’t ask for more! What really got me was seeing, who I assume is, the store boss out in the dining room wiping tables! Don’t see that very often!
It seems KFC don’t read complaints as you receive a reply stating they will investigate then a follow up to rate the response. Long story short got a take away, was served raw chicken, took it back, girl at the counter replied She didn’t cook it!! No sorry… was not sure what to do then got the manager, showed him the raw chicken, he said it shouldn’t be raw while looking at it. I guess I must be lying and drove back to KFC in my lunch hour for fun. Got it replaced and again no apology… very poor service…
I ordered some food & asked for a cup of water I’m from the Gold Coast & have been at the beach all day here on the Sunshine Coast, and the manager tells me he can’t give me a cup of water but that I instead have to BUY their bottled water. I questioned him & he couldn’t explain himself, even when I argued it costs them next to nothing & that I’m pretty sure there’s a law that restaurants have to provide free water? Instead, he kept insisting I BUY their bottled water. I think that’s pretty disgusting. I should’ve just gone to McDonalds, at least they’re humane enough to provide free water to a dehydrated young girl & her dog.
