Coming from Sydney, best KFC we’ve experienced. The food came fast, our wicked wings were perfectly fried and the sizes of the chicken were consistent. Same goes with the drumsticks. Kind customer service was given, and the workers aren’t stingy with the portions or materials. Would come again if I lived here.
Staff at the drive-thru need better training on how to speak with Uber drivers. Some of them are quite rude and unhelpful. Also, during heavy rain, it’s not fair to expect drivers to stand outside and collect the order – the food and bags get soaked and damaged. Please train your team to be more respectful and allow orders to be handed over through the drive-thru window in such situations.
At 15:56 the New Sweet Tokyo promotion sign shows chicken, chips and bun for $4.95 before 16:00. When reaching the pay window at 15:57 the price is charged at $8.95 - and bag only contains three pieces of chicken. I REGARD THIS AS FALSE ADVERTISING. Luckily for KFC there was a delightful young lady on the drive through so I did not create havoc at the time. - but certainly not at all pleased with KFC Corporation.
I visited last night and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The team members didn’t seem engaged. Several were on their phones or had earphones in while working. The hygiene standards also appeared to be quite poor. I waited around 30 minutes for my order before eventually asking for a refund.nTo her credit, the manager did come out to help the team, but by then there was already a large backlog of orders. I’m not writing this out of frustration, but rather to help the business recognise that there seems to be a serious issue with staff motivation and team management. With some attention to training, hygiene, and leadership, this location could definitely improve.
It was alright. I the wicked wings I ordered were just fine. Not amazing, not terrible. Just average for a KFC which I'm not disappointed about. However, I also ordered a small chips and popcorn chicken and both were a bit soggy and not cripsy, especially the popcorn chicken.
