I ordered a few meals and in one of the zinger burger boxes the burger was missing the chicken, how do u forget the main part to a ZINGER burger can u not tell that that’s way to flat and light? I checked my ordered just in case i made a mistake and no I never removed anything. that’s just pathetic. I understand being busy but just cause you’re busy doesn’t mean you leave the main part of someone’s food out. Lazy
I ordered 6 pieces original chicken and 10 wicked wings on 30-12-2024. I had a severe diarrhea overnight pretty much whole night. I got 2 pieces original chicken left, but I had to throw them.nnPlz monitor the hygienic condition in Kitchen. This is not funny!!!!!!
Ordered an original 3 piece feed. Got 1 piece and 2 tiny over cooked bits. Bun tasted old and potato gravy was less than half full. I one decent sized piece of chicken was full of oil.
I dont know how hard it is to give 2 wings. Gaslighting and can’t even apologise. “I can guarantee you that they are wings,” doesnt even look at the pieces.nnIm not here to make life hard, I nicely said, “hey I ordered 2 wings, I dont believe these are wings, could you swap them out please?”nnI understand we make mistakes, and it’s okay its a public holiday and its busy and you’re the only one working at the frontnnIts not hard to apologise and make up for it.nI love wings. But many times I dont get my wings. I ask for the pieces to be replaced but workers aren’t bothered to check.nI think standards should be revised. Its appallingnnEven ordering 6 wings, 5/6 wouldn’t be wings. This has happened to me in many kfc’s
1.09pm Toilets are very dirty, wet toilet floors, wet toilet paper, walls are dirty with particles of food/vomit.nOtherwise front of shop looks clean and tidy.nPatron scooters lying on floor in store are a safety hazard. Store Manager/Supervisor not visually present.
