Everytime I come here I learnt something new, how bad they can make their food. This store needs to be stopped. I felt absolutely sick after eating the hot & spicy chicken pic1, and it made me want to throw up. The inside smells fishy and raw, and the outside was dry and overcooked. I had half of it and had to throw the rest away. The popcorn chicken tasted decent which was surprising, but the quantity was limited pic2. After eating today, I felt responsible for warning other people not to go to this store, the one at kew is a much better alternative. The inside of the store looks nice but the quality and taste of food in general is below expectation.
One of the worst KFC I tried. Was exited to see a new KFC in Balwyn. The place looks decent, but the food is just no good and they got my order wrong. I will go back to my usual place, which is the macca's next door.
Average food quality, but I really don't like it when the workers do not give you bags and let you pick up your food, it happened not only twice, but 3 times. Could manager train their contractors properly to learn how to serve? Are you trying to control your cost not providing bags for pickup?
Worst KFC - they can NEVER get the order right no matter what. We tried take-away, delivery, dine in and there is always an issue. Tried this KFC multiple times since it’s opened to give the benefit of the doubt being a new branch but consistently disappoints. No matter what mode we go through, it is always a hassle to make sure our food is safe, fresh, and accurate … it never is. We are always with soggy, cold, dry food or just blatantly missing part of our order. Such a shame given this is our local but honestly rather travel further distance for less hassle.
Bought wicked wings and requested wings - confirmed with girl - What I received were almost all drumsticks. Won't be going back - rather drive further to get exactly what I want.
