We visited the Bawlyn white horse road KFC today. What we get is wrong sauce for burgers and popcorn chicken missing. The chips are so cold and soft. We have to waste time to come from home again to change them. I know it’s a new shop but looks really bad cleaning situation on the floor and messy management.
Unfortunately I have to agree with the other bad reviews for this outlet. I got a large meal where the original recipe chicken was burnt and just didn't taste right. The chips were unsalted and tasted stale. Only the nuggets and tenders were edible, so disappointing as I was looking forward to this meal. This is currently the closest store to me but from now on I will go out of my way to Doncaster. There is a store opening near me in Box Hill soon but I don't have high hopes for it.
Missing two chicken from the set and my stomach feel very sick this morning. The burger is very salty and the extra chicken I ordered is not fresh.
Everytime I come here I learnt something new, how bad they can make their food. This store needs to be stopped. I felt absolutely sick after eating the hot & spicy chicken pic1, and it made me want to throw up. The inside smells fishy and raw, and the outside was dry and overcooked. I had half of it and had to throw the rest away. The popcorn chicken tasted decent which was surprising, but the quantity was limited pic2. After eating today, I felt responsible for warning other people not to go to this store, the one at kew is a much better alternative. The inside of the store looks nice but the quality and taste of food in general is below expectation.
Chickens served here have 3 legs not two..… Every item is a rehash of the same thing.. The shop was built recently so it’s new and feels like an office lobby with a deep fryer at the back. Made purely to be efficient… with amazing product mix.. But why? but I keep coming back.
