Walked in on a Wednesday lunch time with plenty of seats. Chicken taste decent. The meat is a little tough; and the popcorn chix is a little salty.nnOverall ok - as you would expect a KFC meal.
Drive thru pickup a 10piece chicken’n chips 6:19pm on Sunday 15th Sep 2024.nApparently your staff was not good at counting, was given 9-pieces for 10piece chicken ‘n chips.
I ordered a family feast meal, I got 5 small whole wings, 2 drumstick and 3 pieces cut half chicken breast, not even one piece of chicken thigh. It cost $37.95. Picture take when I get really pissnThen I ordered a special offer 6 pieces chicken which the photo looks great, but I got 6 pieces popcorn size chicken for $6.95.nAltogether I spend $44.9 dollars and not even get 50% full with two kids and me.nNeed to cook instant noodles now.nThis is my second time order here, first time have okay experience and this time I can’t tolerate anymore.nNOT RECOMMENDED AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK!nCannington shop is the best KFC I ever have.
Returned complete order as it was all rubbish nearly two weeks ago still waiting for refund. Local shire health department got back to me quicker!!!!nnThis was the best KFC store I had ever been too. Apparent change of management and it’s gone from the penthouse to the poo house. Even though we waited a substantial amount of time after ordering online the food was cold. The chips were definitely re-fried or fried in old oil and the manager when I took the food back and asked for a refund was rude. His name is Frank and quite frankly the worst person in this position.nnYou people are going to make someone sick selling old cold food!nnNB: last years review from better managementnnThis store is the best KFC in Australia! We travel right past our local store for about 20 minutes to Ascot because the Ascot team are on point every time. The food is always hot and fresh no matter the time of day the service is friendly and prompt. The dinning room and bathrooms are always clean and tidy.nnThanks team!
