It was the worst in my life. What I ordered and what I got were completely different. The batter was not crispy and there was so much oil that I couldn't pick it up with my hands. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Just went through the drive through to order original box and requested breast chicken which they had none and gave me 3 strips…well 2 and half. Slushy wasn’t a slushy either just liquidnnOverall below average service
Best KFC in Sydney! Staff was super friendly I asked for extra thigh pieces because let’s face it that’s the best part, and he gave it to us! Chips and hot n spicy chicken were super fresh. Very clean inside too. Highly recommended for a KFC fix!
Drove all the way to this shop for hot and spicy but staff still gave my all original recipe. Screw you guys.nThe queue was so long. Took ages to get my order. Inefficient and incompetent staff.
The girl who took my order was short with her responses and when I paid at the window, she was so sour faced. I don't know if that was her in general, or having a bad day, or just a typical teenager with a crap attitude, but her customer service was completely off. And the burgers were so messy and badly put together, nothing like the photos. You guys need to resort all your promo pictures, and make them how we actually receive them. Also, my whole order was put together in the one box. I ordered a dinner box for my dad, 2 single pieces for my son and a burger for me. We were going to seperate venues so had to seperate the food. The burger was greasy as it was placed on top of the loose chicken....anywho....teenagers running fast food places...what did I expect
