The team were super friendly and helpful.nWe were served by Caio and he was lovely, would be very happy to come again!
Had a very positive experience at this KFC. The meal was served fresh and hot, and the chicken was cooked beautifully with great flavour. Staff were efficient and friendly, and my order was correct without any issues.nnI also like this KFC because they offer Hot & Spicy, which is only available at this location and the KFC George Street store. I really wish more KFC restaurants had Hot & Spicy available every day, as it’s one of my favourites.
We have been coming here multiple times a week for years, which at this point feels less like loyalty and more like a psychological condition.nThey close at 11pm. Show up at 9:30 and the menu has spiritually left the building. Everything you actually want? Gone. Popcorn chicken if you’re lucky. The food is THERE. The ingredients exist. The staff simply cannot be convinced to cook them.nnThey recently introduced a late night menu to make things “easier”. Fewer items, greatest hits only, a stripped back list of things literally everyone wants. They still can’t fulfil it. They reduced the workload to almost nothing and still found a way to not do it. Respect, honestly.nnThen there’s the waiting bay, which functions less like a customer service improvement and more like purgatory. Only car in the drive thru? Waiting bay. Simple order? Waiting bay. No reason whatsoever? Waiting bay. You will sit there indefinitely while staff inside move at the pace of something that has made its peace with death.nSpeaking of which — not one employee has ever looked even remotely okay. We are not asking for jazz hands. A single sign of life would do.nCook the chicken. It’s right there.
Regular visitor of this shop, it is not far from home and my working site. Ordered 8pcs of chicken rings last Thursday and got 7 in box, THEY ALL LOOK SAME! Never thought KFC Artarmon can source chicken wrings’ certain parts only. Revisited today, the man bathroom hand wash soap liquid was out , seems nobody cares to refill since last Thursday, and the sink was as disgusting as always
What a disgusting experience. Three of the four burgers had already been eaten. One of them was a child. Only when my wife opened hers did she find the problem. How could such a low-level mistake be allowed to happen. They were already unrecognizable. And they still gave it to customers. What an irresponsible thing to do. I just finished eating it for an hour. Let's see if I need to go to the hospital this afternoon.
