It was the worst in my life. What I ordered and what I got were completely different. The batter was not crispy and there was so much oil that I couldn't pick it up with my hands. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Just went through the drive through to order original box and requested breast chicken which they had none and gave me 3 strips…well 2 and half. Slushy wasn’t a slushy either just liquidnnOverall below average service
Drove all the way to this shop for hot and spicy but staff still gave my all original recipe. Screw you guys.nThe queue was so long. Took ages to get my order. Inefficient and incompetent staff.
Massive crowds wait for their orders both inside the store, in drive through and queued on the main road.nnService wasn't as quick as other KFCs due to the massive queues but the food is always fresh and hot because of the crazy turn over.nnService was good and staff try their best to do what's needed amongst the chaos. Orders will likely be wrong however so go if you're not too fussy or don't mind getting a freebie and a replacement meal. If you're taking it home then make sure you got the right things before heading out.nnParking can be a bit dangerous as people try to squeeze out and take sharper turns so probably best to leave the Porsche at home and bring your Lexus instead to prevent expensive damage.
Great value deal we got. And large hot fresh pieces of chicken inc. breast portions seemed like a full size chicken for once. Fresh chips and listened to our request for extra salt. One of the few stores in NSW with hot and spicy. This store is the best and most consistent in Sydney.
