Last month I was here, they missed my order and the chicken were EXTREMELY SALTY, today the chicken are still SALTY and they missed my order again. This place was really good before, could it be under new managerment? they remove the small screen where you can see your name, will never return, the SALT destroys everything and looks like that's the new order from their managers because every shift the chicken tastes SALTY!!
This store is filthy, toilet sinks blocked, hand dryer doesn’t work and the restaurant dining is terrible. All KFC restaurants have no focus on cleanliness and you can’t review because they don’t give you a receipt when you order online and if you ask, the receipt is missing the review link. There was a young female staff member will false eyelashes who should never be customer facing.
So much for fast food. Waited 15 minutes just for a frozen drink. Come on!! Sure, I would understand if they were waiting on some food product, but you can’t take 20 seconds out of your time to pour a drink? Horrendous. Ignored us while we waited at the front. Staff were loitering around and doing jack all. Disappointed.
This KFC is very nice and serves excellent succulent chicken products. Unlike Richlands and Inala that should be avoided at all costs. Very poor quality chicken products and very slow service. Food takes forever.
Ordered bacon and cheese zinger burger and they put spicy sauce, if I wanted spice I would’ve ordered it. Lucky I can deal with spice unlike some. Orange sauce = spice
