After long day dining in experience poor, had to ask to wipe tables. Questioned, purchasing a large potato and gravy as part of meal, changed to just gravy, giving a very small gravy, asked of I could have another considering I purchased a large P&G. Told no need to purchase any small gravy. It’s not the cost but principle. Family of 4 had to share a small gravy.
What the hell is this? Order a family feast and get this rubbish. I want my money back. No sauces, no lettuce just cold bun and semi cold chicken slapped together
Staff are friendly and offer good customer service.nThe quality of the food varies greatly.nSometimes it's delicious and well prepared, other times items are missing and flavour is lacking. I gather it depends on who's cooking on the day!nnI do love the Zinger Stacker burger though. This will fill you up, it's huge! In a meal deal you get 3 Wicked wings as well, which are just delicious.nI've never been too keen on the mash potato, but love the gravy and it's flavour.nHot chips are thick cut and lightly salted.... Yum!
This is one of the better KFCs I have attended. The drive through is so fast I have had doubts that my order is correct. However upon checking it's always 100% exactly what I ordered. This place adds a new meaning to fast food. Dining in is no different either, the place is always spotless, it's clear this store takes pride in their work.
Unfortunately again kfc Aberfoyle missed the mark. We ordered a massive amount of food... boxes full of dried shrivelled wings, very poor variety of portion pieces. This shouldn't be an issue kfc, dont you have standard requirements for each order?? Really need to lift quality control as customers spend alot and expect better!!
