DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHOES HERE!! I took a pair of gorgeous fairly expensive tan high-heeled leather wedges to these guys to have the stitching repaired between the two pieces of the front panel of one of the shoes because it had begun to come undone. While one of the employees and I discussed what would be required to be done to repair it, I specifically asked that the style and colour of the stitching could please match the other shoe as closely as possible. The reason being because the type of stitching style was top-stitching, ie: it is a feature of the shoe and meant to be seen. The employee seemed to understand completely. However, when I returned to collect my shoe, the stitching had been pulled in far too tight, causing both sides of the front panel to be puckered, and the stitching colour did not resemble the original colour whatsoever!! Also, they had left a large, very lumpy knot on the underneath of the panel, which dug into the top of my large toe! Mind you, I could barely even squeeze into the shoe, because it had been made too narrow due to the overly tight stitching. Naturally, I was VERY UPSET about this botched repair job, as one shoe now looked totally different from the other, and was virtually unwearable. I explained my dissatisfaction to the guy who had done the job, and he wasn't apologetic or even very concerned at all. Therefore, I very highly suggest that anyone who wants quality repairs and workmanship carried out on items which they have spent their hard earned cash on, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!! I would have given them zero stars if possible! Take your shoes elsewhere!!

Disappointing service. I have taken two pairs of shoes there in the past couple of weeks, and both times I have been told they will be ready at a certain time, but the shoes have not been ready when I have returned to collect them. I understand that they are busy, but suggest they need better systems in place to manage the work load or provide more realistic time estimations. Both times have caused an inconvenience to me, so I'll be looking for a more reliable shoe repairer next time.

These guys are awesome. I have asked them to do a range of jobs from trophies to knives and they are quick and on point every time

I dropped in 2 watches for battery change and told the guy that the buttons on one of them werent working properly and the digital date/time needed to be set manually. When returned to collect the watch..got the other long haired guy who served me. Didnt know what my ticket was for and I  had to point out my watches. Secondly they had not set the digital date and time. He said wasnt part of what they do and i needed to go to a watch repairer. I said this was done everytime before as this wasnt my first visit here. I got  great customer service from my previous visits but not this time. To the point where I asked the guy to take his batteries back and I will be happy to go elsewhere. Finally the guy who served me initially agreed to set the date and time. The long haired guy told him to charge me $25 for that. Ended up paying 43.95 for 2x battery changes when was quoted $38!!! I didnt want to dispute any further with them...guess I wont be ever going back there or recommend the place to my friends and family.

These guys were fantastic! I went in with a pair of business shoes that were extremely worn in the sole! They put new soles on them, the work was completed on time and the shoes look as good as new! Couldn't be happier, thanks for saving me $150 to buy new shoes again!

I went to Key to Sole to buy a new car door remote... instead the staff member immediately offered to repair the old remote control device. It now works perfectly and the repair cost was very affordable. The team there are friendly, efficient and provide fantastic service. Thank you very much.

I arrived at the Booth at exactly 5:04 pm on crutches to get a battery replaced for my car. He refused as he was late to close and was going to be late to go home. I mentioned I was coming from far, for the second time and the job was refused. I practically begged to get the battery replaced a d then he agreed. At exactly 5:06 pm that's what it says on the invoice he gave me the invoice and 2x batteries done. Frustrating the need to beg for a 2 minute job. I have proof of the invoice and my time of arrival... Horrible way to conduct business specifically with someone in crutches.

I have taken my boots that l just wanted to keep going and they did an awesome job. The guys are always honest about what they can do as my boots were on their last legs and so very helpful. I have had animal name tags and keys cut - all great experiences

Super friendly, fast and affordable. I took in a pair of beloved Dr Martens to be reheeled and to of my favourite bags to be altered and fixed. All of them came out great and I am super happy I went there.
