My family have been coming to this practice for years. We have even moved out of the area, but still make the trip to this clinic for their wonderful doctors, their very thorough and expert knowledge, as well and their lovely bedside manner. We see Dr Smiley and Dr Esther and honestly could not fault them. They are both such wonderful Doctors and I always feel so satisfied and informed after visiting for myself or my child. Highly, highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Crawford for years as he is very knowledgeable and patient.  He may run late because of this. But worth the wait.  All other staff helpful when needed. Jennifer

I have always found the doctors, nurses and reception staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Their availability is excellent compared with GPs in regional Victoria, and I have felt respected and cared for on every visit.

Sue is excellent very chirpy and efficient Sue did my care plan in 10 minutes flat. I would encourage others to go to see her. It's an excellent opportunity to have your health checked and very speedy. Also I didn't have to wait.

Extremely disappointed in the service at this clinic. I was over charged, was only in my app for 15 mins at the most and was charged for a double session. Check your watch before you go into appointment as they will try and charge you more. They don't seem to care about people and cost of living. Receptionists are rude and roll their eyes. Bad service all round.

Usually reasonably good despite there always being a 20-40 minute delay between being seen and the appointment time but this time, I've encountered something worse - significant delays in receiving a certificate. As a doctor in the public system myself, I find this pace incredibly slow and prohibitive, even factoring in multiple demands. Edit : I still haven't received the certificate after 11 days.

My doctor has always been amazing and provided excellent service. Unfortunately the reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They demand immediate payment for online appointments however their invoices states the payment is due within 30 days. I have received a phone call every day for 7 days. If payment is required on the day the invoices need to state that clearly. One receptionist was extremely patronising and demanded I get my credit card to pay via phone even though I was on strict bed rest from medical complications. She didn’t understand how my wallet couldn't be next to me at all times.  Given the nature of a doctors surgery, you would expect that they would have better systems in place so they aren’t demanding payments 30 seconds after you’ve just received horrible news. I understand patient confidentiality but there are many different ways you could get around that.  I have already discussed these concerns however it appears nothing has changed. I know it’s a busy clinic, but a bit of kindness goes a long way. We would like to feel like patients not cash cows for profit. I hope my doctor moves clinic so I never have to deal with reception staff again.

The medical team is always professional and welcoming and Dr. Shulberg is always terrific in his diagnosis and care. Very high standards.

The best and most caring doctors in Melbourne. The experience and care offered at the clinic is second to none. Outstanding service and expertise.

Love my GP Dr Victoria - if I can’t get in to see her the other GP’s are lovely. Very friendly and attentive clinic. Hardly run late.
