I brought my machine about 5-6 years ago. I got the machine because I had at the time ruffly 25 cats and got sick of my vacuums not handling the pet hair etc . I at the time was going through a vacuum at least one a year and one of them was a dyson, so I decided I needed to get a commercial one. I found this business and the guy was so helpful, He was going to allow me to pay half and pay the rest after I had received the vacuum which was a wet & dry, which I could play soccer with, another words it was very sturdy. I thought the guy was going to rip me of and he wasn't to pleased when I asked him about it he said he was just trying to help me and I could " take it or leave it" All I can say is this vac is going as strong as ever and one of  the best things I ever brought  Thank you
