you keep asking how you went . we did no business . you couldn't be bothered answer the phone and you want a review.  this is how you went stop bothering me for a review  when you did nothing

I had the business owner come to my door despite the fact that l have not had any work done by the business.  I wrongly gave a poor rating to this business when l was frazzled upon moving from Melbourne and found nothing much was working. I raced down to buy a new dishwasher day's before Christmas. I didn't realise l had mixed up who was who as l had also requested a quote on a split system that never happened. I became aware of what had occurred when l was confronted at my door by the business owner.  How did they find my address?  I was apologetic for my poor mistake and asked by the man if l could delete my poor reference to which, l did.  Later l wondered how he found me as l never posted my address.  When l contacted him to find out how he knew where l lived he did not want to tell me.  He did not want to divulge the source.  Be careful when writing reviews in a small country town as Peter the owner told me that Kerang is a small  town and he somehow found out where l lived.  In this day and age, with technology, unstable people as well as not knowing anyone it's best to be careful.  l was baffled how someone could knock on my door when l didn't know him nor had anything to do with the business. I was sorry l had made a big error but to knock on my door.... Facebook was his response.
