Deplorable. No customer service. Lost half my belongings. Uncontactable and don't return phone calls. As for my lost furniture, they obviously don't care where it might be.
Be careful with these guys. Make sure they don't circle a number in the left hand margin, and write another item on the same line to hide an item. That's what happened to me. Furious.
