Repeated phone calls to get a service call, zero response. Absolutely hopeless and terrible customer service, I will not go near this company again.
Called repeatedly over 3 weeks to order a filter replacement. Each time, apparently no one was available, but I was promised a call back when they were able to. This has been a lie, as I haven't received any call or email back in these 4 weeks.
My mother had a unit installed under 2 years ago. The condenser unit has now stopped working so she's calling trying to see if it's still under warranty. Can't even get a call back after 6 weeks of trying to reach them. Hasn't had heating right in the middle of winter. No morals at all, terrible customer service.
STAY SAFE DON'T USE THIS FIRM. SEE ALL BELOW POSTS. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!! I put the below post up 7 months ago and are still waiting to be paid $1,722.35 for storage They booked a storage unit with our company, didnt pay their account and used the unit to dump all rubbish in the unit instead of taking to the dump. The workers were most unprofessional and what I consider "cowboys" we have placed them with a debt collecting agency. I
Excellent customer service from start to finish! I couldn't ask for more from an insulation and heating company. I got my insulation done in ALL of my properties and heating with Kensair. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!! Wait to go guys!!
Absolute con-artists. They eventually deliver some sort of product, making it a civil matter if you happen to have the energy to take them to the disputes tribunal after they waste your time for months after taking a deposit. Stay clear of them. I believe they pedal insulation under the Comfort Master name too. Wish negative star ratings could be given. A Google search will show them in various news site conning elderly people to buy their overpriced insulation.
I am having trouble with my heatpump. Iv had it for 5 years nothing but trouble. They sent someone out last went and said nothing wrong. Now it making a hell noise at motor out side. I would never have anything more to do with them and climate
From initial call centre call to the assessment then install all went amazingly well!! Great local People to deal with!
Had Insulation installed in our house and they blocked the bathroom fan vent. The fan failed and guess what we found they put Insulation over it. when contacting them they just ignore you.
Excellent service, got in there on time an got the job done. Great back up after sales service also
