I strongly recommend you call Randall Hart and the team at Kennedy Spanner Lawyers for your personal injury claim. They are injury experts and insurance experts based in Brisbane and Toowoomba. During my claim they fought very hard for me, were approachable and easy to talk to.  They were very transparent and reasonable with costs and I had an excellent outcome.  I had engaged another solicitor who said "I had no case". So I took my accident to Kennedy Spanner and I am very glad I did. Thank you so much

Dean and Rod worked on our case for two years and achieved a positive outcome. Throughout the entire process, their level of professionalism, guidance and support never wavered. 

Dean was very honest and upfront about any costs that would be incurred and the possible outcomes for our case. He was very thorough throughout the entire process and always ensured that we understood what was happening.

With my first dealing with KennedySpanner Lawyers I met Paul Green,  he didn't sugar coat anything and was straight to the point. I knew then he would do his best for me with a very unpleasant family matter. When Paul went overseas I thought I would never have his type of help again , but how wrong I was. Kim Jubb was given my case and I couldn't have asked for a better man to handle my problems. Many times I just wanted to throw in the towel but he would tell me you have come this far don't give up now. He was right , I stuck it out and after what seemed like a lifetime we made it through to then end, and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I think you can tell you have the right lawyer the minute you can see they believe the way out story you are telling them, and I saw that in Kim. He was easy to talk to and told it like it was. I will forever be grateful to Kim and the wonderful people at Kennedy Spanner Lawyers. Thank you.
