Simple to deal with and having 24 hour access makes a lot of difference. Having our mail delivered there was a convenient bonus. The free coffee helped to. I would definitely use again.
Ilesh is amazing, made the whole process so comfortable for me. Went over & above to make sure I had everything I needed before my move.Even checking locks sizes before I purchased one to make sure I wasn't buying something that wouldn't fit Monti then took me out to show me my locker & gave me more tips. Great parcelpoint location - open 7 days and public holidays, which helped me during the Christmas period. Staff are friendly, happy to help, and know what they're doing. Also, since they are not a chemist, newsagency or a store with regular walk in customers, you avoid a queue for service.
Great customer service! Ilesh explained everything we needed to understand and showed us the storage area before signup. The process was quick, and I highly recommend this facility. Both Ilesh and Monti at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful.
As a 10 year customer of Kennards storage I'm very disappointed in their greed. I've just received a 97.5% INCREASE in my storage fees in one jump. Disgusting treatment of anyone, but especially a long term customer. And the justification from the staff was "the prices are set by the computer system, there's nothing I can do about it"...... I've had plenty of rises in fees over the last decade, usually 10% or 11% at a time. 97.5% in one go is just Corporate greed.
ILESH's customer service was excellent. He was a great help providing me with what I needed to store moving into a larger alarmed unit. Thanks Ilesh!!
My company has used KSS for years, I would recommend the staff at Prospect KSS any day of the week. They are helpful and informative. They keep the facility clean and tidy. Awesome parcel point service, ideal for delivering and receiving parcels in your own time as it's open 7 dats a week extended hours unlike Australia Post.
