Needed something for a job last minute and the team at Port Melbourne were great, they had what I needed, loaded them up and I was on my way.
I don’t normally write reviews; however, this was an exemption. I booked equipment with these guys in particular GREG - supposedly manager, to only be told I could not pick up my order as he felt like it was his duty of care to offer a delivery instead which would cost me more. They just want more money out of their customers and do not care one bit about “duty of care”. Greg was rude, arrogant and would not recommend dealing with him if you want to be stuffed around.nnDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY AT THIS PLACE, DISGUSTING.
I got what I needed on time for a reasonable price. Customer service was excellent.nWould highly recommend.
Great experience, equipment was spot on and friendly staff were very helpful. After hours return was quick and easy with instructions at no extra charge. 10/10
I hired a jack hammer for the third time from Kennards, Port Melbourne. Each time I have been served by different staff, but each walked out to greet me as I pulled up, assisted me with selection and loading my car, and were more than generous with return times. Really made my choice to use them again so easy.
