I stored with Kennards at Panorama for 6 months in one of their outside storage units. The staff were extremely helpful, made everything easy to proceed with and facilities were in excellent condition and always accessible. They also stock lots of strong packaging options for moving.  I would definitely use their services in future if I need to store again. Very friendly, professional people to do business with.

Needed a place to store some things are short notice. Staff were excellent and helped me figure out the correct sized storage space for my needs. Move in was easy, visiting the unit when I needed things was straight forward and my things were stored securely with free insurance for a month which I appreciated.  The one thing I really liked was that because I only needed the storage for a few weeks, they provided a refund for the unused portions for the month promptly when I moved out.  Unit was clean, easy to navigate to. Thanks guys. Would use again.

Really good service, was able to book storage units last minute and the refund process was very straight forward after we vacated the storage units. Easy 24/7 access to the units and got lifts and trolleys for shifting large items. Will use again.

Excellent customer service by such a helpful, positive staff member who clearly loves his job. Was able to pack my box in the immaculately clean sales room as well, where they sell everything required for packing.

Professional, have multiple storage options. In which I looked at numerous places which couldn't help me or you had to book in for a specific time to get to your stuff. Which was a major hassle. Kennards is 24/7. Great!!

I had the best experience at kennards. Very helpful staff and great customer service.

Friendly, helpful staff. Site is clean and secure. When we moved our stuff out I forgot to call for two weeks. When I did call, security had already noticed our room was empty and arranged to have our payments stopped. Not many businesses would voluntarily stop taking payments I don't think!
