You are better off purchasing Jewellery from the Reject shop than from these guys. They also don't believe in Refunds or Returns policy. Even when they sell you pathetic crappy,faulty merchandise. Ever heard the saying "The customer is always right"? There policy is "We're always right and there's not a God damm thing you can do about it "! Your customer service skills need a drastic overhaul,that's for damm sure. Please remember,if your thinking of stepping foot in this store for some crazy,insane reason..DONT! YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER ELSEWHERE!
never seen such poor customer service love the variety of accessories and jewellery and have bought lots of pieces over the years but have been put off by seeing grumpy angry sales staff that don’t want to sell you anything and just ignore you in the store after last purchase never went back!!
Worst place ever been to. Brought a Olivia burton watch and now it is 4 month old need to return it because of lether paiding off now they closed the shop.
Very poor service...and the guy totally ripped me off when I checked the price of the exact same ring on the Swarovski website was $89.90 which they charged me $150 after “40% discount”...such a ripoff
They lie just to get the sale Very professional and shifty workers
