We absolutely loved our visit to Kenilworth Coastal Bakery! The highlight was definitely the coffee served in a donut—such a fun and delicious experience. The bakery had a lively atmosphere, and we even got to watch people taking on the famous donut challenge, which added to the excitement. The range of baked goods was impressive, everything we tried was fresh and delicious. It's a must-visit spot for anyone in the area, especially if you're looking for something unique and memorable!
The sausage roll was quite tasty with great pastry texture but also quite sinewy. The spinach and feta pastry was far too salty, almost inedible. The coffee tasted burnt. The highlight was the jam doughnut, it’s worth going there for that alone.
donuts were a waste of money. I got a custard donut thinking these were filled with custard and there was maybe 1 tsp of custard in one corner of the donut the rest was just dough it was like eating a bun, a dry bun.nPlain mince pie was $7 nice and big but the flavour was mid at best and it tasted weirdly sweetn1/10 for the donuts 5.5/10 for the pie
Coffee donut was so good, the coffee was actually really good. The donut was good too, but the Nutella was very indulgent and sweet. Forgot how much it cost but Paid $10.35 for almond milk plus public holiday surcharge so I think it’s around $8-$9 for a standard. Would recommend a visit.
Tucked away in the carpark, it's easy enough to miss but well worth the look.nThe pies were outstanding and a coffee inside a donut really made it memorable just be sure to drink it quick so you don't get a soggy donut
