DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was reversed into by one of their clients, and went through their insurance company “Ken Tame” the staff here are completely rude. It has taken a total of almost 2 months to be even close to being paid out as my car is a write off due to their client being at fault, I have an infant and have been left with no car, it has taken almost 3 weeks to release the funds to me and yet I still haven’t seen and neither has the recovery service working for me, the first instance when they were supposed to release it they put the wrong digit of bank details and then have had to make me wait another week for it to bounce back, it has been 4 days since they have now transferred the funds and it’s now been said they won’t reach me til Tuesday that’s over a week. THIS COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU THE BIGGEST RUN AROUND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Absolutely atrocious I would never ever take insurance with this company my motor home broke down and there preferred towing company tried ripping me off $1200 to tow my motor home to a mechanic with $600 dollars out of pocket,I found a towing company that towed it for $440 and they wouldn't reimburse me for the towing shame on these people.
