Went for lunch here on Wednesday as usual the place was packed so you should always book in advance to avoid disappointment.nThe food with so many choices was excellent so fresh and succulent.nStaff extremely helpful. Tempura veggies: 5/7nPretty good - batter is light and crispy, and the veggies are cooked through.nDipping sauce is good too.nNothing too special, but we’ll executed.nnKatsu udon: 4/7nNothing too notable to call out here. Was fine.
Absolutely satisfying with the sashimi salad and nigiri. They were very fresh! The tempura was a bit of let down. The staff was wonderful and tentative.
I drove passed this area many times and never noticed a shop here. Yesterday, I was waiting at the traffic light and a guy just walked out to open the shop, so I came here for a try. Staffs are friendly, I believe it's a small family run shop, food is delicious and authentic, very generous serving, thick slices of sashimi, price is reasonable for the serving and quality. Will definitely come back again.
The staff are Japanese, and obviously, they work systematically, work very hard, and are very pleasant to customers. The food is delicious, and in my opinion, they can outbid some expensive Japanese restaurants in CBD. Well done, Ken's sushi. Keep up all the good work. You have made so many local customers very happy.
