Brilliant!
Prompt and reliable, courteous staff both in the office and their plumbers and technicians. Knowledgeable and make a point of explaining and showing what they're doing, including giving little tips on things we can do ourselves to possibly avoid having to get a plumber out next time.
Also neat and tidy workmanship and they clean up after themselves. Work is guaranteed. We have used them for everything from big jobs like new water and gas connections and sewer pipes, to blocked toilets and drains, and urgent repair of a hole drilled through a water supply pipe. Always a great company to deal with, and very responsive to emergencies.

I have used many other tradesman companies before, this is the best one so far. It doesn't only live on its big name, they also actually help and care about their customers. They always try to understand our problem and offer the best solutions. I have no regret in using them. They are just awesome, not like some other ones which just try and take your money.

This company is extremely professional. We had David come out to hook up our new oven. He exceeded our expectations work wise and was courteous to my wife. We have had other plumbing companies in the past but they do not measure up to this company. If I could give 6 stars, it still wouldn't be enough.

I wish I could give 0 stars for the faulty and expensive service they provided. The very day their plumber installed a new cook top, I could smell the gas.Considering that he had replaced the old cook top with a new cook top I thought the smell could be from the swapping process. When after an hour or so the smell still persisted ,I turned off the main gas supply and the smell vanished. I didn't use the kitchen for any cooking or kitchen jobs till  the plumber arrived which was SEVEN HOURS after communicating the gas leak to the receptionist (I called at 8 a.m. and the plumber arrived at 3 p.m.)The second plumber fixed the leak and attributed it to the crack in the valve which was surprisingly installed NEW the previous day by another of his coworkers.
I was shocked to see the invoice.After reading a few reviews, I was aware of the discrepancies in time claimed by the plumbers so I noted down the time their plumber rang the bell till he stepped out of my main door which was exact 50 minutes. I was wrongly charged much more than that. The plumber didn't wear any gloves while carrying out the installation  but still they invoiced me for the cost of gloves, the plumber didn't use any rags to clean or dismantle the cook top but even that has been invoiced to me.
 In case you are adventurous enough to call them, be mindful of the FRIENDLY PEP TALKS during their visit as you will be charged for their entire visit in increments of 15 minute,costing you your hard earned money.They will very politely make a few trips to their van to get the spay bottle, the vacuum cleaner etc. at a leisurely pace thus making more time.
Try to keep the general conversation about where you bought this and what cleaners you use and which cleaner gives you better shine on your appliance etc. to a bare minimum because their meter is running and you will have to shell out $$ for the time spent at your premises.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to use their services.

Quick, simple and efficient. I think the prices were reasonable for the level of service they provide. Easily booked and paid online plus they send you a thank you card. Must confirm your email details correctly if not you might not get invoiced.
