We visited here for the first time yesterday for a homeschooling event and I can honestly say this is a great venue. I was surprised because I was expecting a dump after reading reviews here. Not sure what all the negativity is about with some of these reviews but we had a ball here, four hours flew. I didn't find the place dirty or smelly, the only gripe I have is the fact it only has one female toilet but other than that we'd happily visit again. Food was yum kids had hot chips and nuggets and pricing was awesome.
Hi we hired Kemizo Pakenham last night for a private family function for 5hrs and can I say everyone had a blast we had roller blading,rock climbing and laser tag.Janet was an amazing host and beyond helpful in every way she helped with activities and anything from kitchen to coffee's. I can’t thank her and the staff that helped make the day fun and enjoyable for my entire family.nCan’t wait to be back again worth the 1hr drive.
We have been skating here many times and always have fun. Unfortunately my son had a bit of a nasty fall this week and I must say the staff were amazing. Two team members came to assess him after I went to the counter asking for an ice pack. The manager I’m guessing was such a lovely lady that sat with us and had him do a few hand movements before wrapping it in a bandage. She talked to him, made him feel relaxed he can tend to panic and even told him a funny story to distract him from the pain. I always thought the place was okay but was really impressed after this experience. Minus one star for their Luke warm coffee.
Old school Roller Skating rink with serious 1980's pricing. $12 for Roller Skating, $4 for skate hire. Food, so cheap I wonder how they make any profit at all. Staff really friendly although it seemed they were overly busynnKids had a great day. We'll be back
Only 1 bathroom so not great for kids even though it's designed for kids, staff where nice, the sky walk looked completely not worth it I didn't bother with rock climbing or later tag after reading other reviews the skating rink was pretty clean but there wasn't anyone telling people not go the way the signs point to avoid crashes or to not eat ect so there was some gum on the rink and stuff which was yuck. With our own skated it was a pretty cheap day but still not particularly impressed and the party rooms I walked past were dark and creepy definitely wouldn't have a party there in future. Would only go back to skate as we did this time cause it wasn't too busy at all probably cause its so uninviting but they had some music on and a colour changing disco ball for the skating rink.
