I ordered a tent and a couple of other small items for a camping trip and chose the express shipping because I only had 2 days to get the tent in time. After ordering I read the reviews on here and saw someone had a problem with their item not arriving in time so I had a bit of a 'moment' and called Kelly's straight away to confirm that my items would be sent in time. I spoke to Michelle at the shop and she checked that all my items were in stock and could be sent immediately. They were in stock, but because I had left it a bit late Michelle suggested that she bundle up my items and send them out with a staff member to deliver to me personally!? I was just blown away with this level of customer service. I arrived home from work and there was my package waiting for me. So grateful for old fashioned customer service, Kelly's. Thanks

Had a fantastic experience with the company. I was after a particular product which they did not stock nor have on their website, but without hesitation was happy to order it in and within 3 business days they had phoned me with the good news that my order had arrived. I asked if they stayed open past 5 which they didnt and without a fuss the lady on the phone offered to send it to my work via a courier, free of charge. Couldnt be happier with the outcome and ill be back for sure!

Be very careful buying from here - don't trust what you are told - it may not be factual - just had another experience of that and remembered why I stopped buying from here.
