Lawyer Ms Elizabeth is really nice, but her assistant is terrible, needs to repeat many times regarding even my name. Cut my phone calls half way in the end. One staff pick the call, recorded down my name, and then after I asked the question, she redirected me to another assistant and then she asked my name again and she even asked me who is the lawyer... It feels really bad every time I make a phone call when Elizabeth is not picking the call.

This company had no desire to actually help me. It was take my money and run. Terrible!
