Went to get wheels put on my car for a very fair price of $20 compared to other places charging $100+. Even though the bolts that were on my car did not fit my new wheels, the shop didn't charge me a cent, and told me what I needed exactly. Super kind, trustworthy and will recommend to other people. Thanks to their mechanic, Jeremy.

I was introduced to Keith Mckays by my brand’s service centre who said they send all their repairs there. I had a slow leak tyre and was keen to use an approved tyre repairer due to the brand’s wheel nut torque requirements.  I was super impressed, the location is nondescript but they provided a no nonsense no frills service and fixed the puncture for half the price quoted at the service centre.  I’ve had the tyres rotated on my other drive as well and always refuel there because although you don’t see them in a fuel app, they consistently offer the cheapest RON 95 in Brisbane!

I am an elderly person with an elderly car which suits my needs.  I have been going to Keith McKay's for the past 4 or 5 years and have been totally happy with the service, prices and attention I've received.  They seem to go out of their way to provide the best service possible.  I really appreciate the friendliness. Over 10 years Leon and his team have continued to provide excellent and well priced service for our broader family's vehicles and we would not consider going elsewhere. We have always found their work to be excellent, and pricing very reasonable compared to the dealerships workshops. Leon's tyre pricing and advice has also been excellent, with competitive pricing and guidance away from expensive solutions promoted elsewhere. We needed a sudden tyre repair so limped up to our nearest Keith Mckays Tyres. Had a service while there as due. The customer care and attention was just fabulous. It was a large service but to keep the cost at the quoted amount, Keith highlighted that two items on the log didn't need doing but a broken engine mount needed replacing. Really appreciated that. The outcome, come away with a great, smooth running car and not out of pocket. Customer service is excellent.  I fully trust Keith with my son's driving safety. Do not be fooled into the discounts at Motor Hospital nearby. They lure in with cheap and then add on until you're paying huge amounts. Keith Mckays would never do that so stick with these guys.
