Our unit is great. Lots of handy trolleys, steps and a forklift on site. Also offer a free truck for moving in. Also a fully covered drive in area to unload. Recommend this site.
Excellent facility. One of the best we have ever used and we have used quite a lot over the years . To have all the facilities all the moving trolleys racks . Toilets , water station and access to and from the storage sheds is excellent. Even down to free moving trucks and trailers available is state of the art thinking. A very very well thought out facility by far. Thank you Keep Safe Storage .

Great facility. Clean, secure, tidy and useable. Undercover storage areas with easy access including truck, trolleys etc. The rates were excellent. Mandy was super-professional, very friendly and offer high levels of customer service.
I've been with Keepsafe for the past few months and have been very happy with the pricing and service. Yassy set me up with what I was looking for quickly and the move in truck was incredibly helpful. Following my move in both Yassy and Mandy have always been friendly and helpful. The facility is usually not too busy and is generally kept very clean there are some times where there's a bit of dirt etc. in the elevators or on the moving trolleys but this is rectified quickly. Would happily recommend based on my experience so far.
I rented a storage for 2 months for my stuffs when I was back to home country for school holiday. It was an excellent place providing 24/7 access to the storage space. Safe and new facilities. The staff, Mandy, was so helpful and ensured my smooth move-out process. She is definitely a 5-star staff. I will recommend this for students leaving Aus temporarily in the school break.
