I cannot express, strongly enough, what terrible service this place provided me with. Being an allied health professional myself, I was and still am in shock. Firstly, I asked for an appointment with a physio, I was booked in with an osteopath without even being asked whether I had a preference. I only learned about this after the appointment. Secondly, the person I saw took a case history and advised me to do exercises. I wasn’t provided with the exercise plan and was told I would receive the link via email. I subsequently called the reception to remind them on two separate occasions and still haven’t received the exercise plan. I have emailed the reception twice, received an empty email without any information at all. I’ve responded to that empty email as well, and submitted a complaint and still nothing. I do not need to stress the importance of early intervention and the fact that I’ve wasted time and money and still don’t have a treatment plan. Given the fact I’ve had to seek and pay for another physio appointment, I want to be re-imbursed financially for the consultation fee I was charged.
Professional physiotherapist. Very thorough trying to understand the history and testing basic moves. Good conversation during consult. Receptionist could improve. There was confusion with booking yet had received text confirming appointment. A more friendly approach will make a huge difference. Otherwise recommended
Was very happy with my physio Mrs Harpreet Kaur. She was very attentive to the issue I was having. She made a detail plan and explained all the necessary exercises and steps I need to do. If i had any questions or concerns she would answer them.
I was suffering with severe upper back pain when I first referred to keep in motion. after even my 3 session I was feeling wonderful. my physiotherapist was sarabjit n she is very professional, friendly and caring. Highly recommend to her.
I've been seeing Sarbjeet and the team for about a year for a major ankle injury. From pre-surgery, post op and re learning to walk again, Sarbjeet has been patient, explained everything and got me up and about again. Would recommend for anyone looking for a local physiotherapist.

Very good job by Tajinder Singh physiologist. In 3 visits I felt relaxed and normal of should pain.
My pain over the neck and shoulder was very severe when I was referred to Craigieburn ‘Keep in Motiin’. I came to this centre after been treated at 4 different Physio providers, made my situation worse and had no little luck for the pain . My physiotherapist Sabramjeet is excellent. She is very kind and clearly understands the nature of the injury and the pain level. She is a professional evident-based therapist, applies patient oriented Therapy. I have really gone better with Sabramjeet’s support. Highly recommend Physiotherapist and centre.
I really am so grateful to Marsha! Unfortunately I saw someone else before she took way too long but I was not getting any results. But since I saw Marsha saw results straight away! She is patiently working with me to get my issues sorted and she had made lot of difference to my pain. I have terrible back and shoulder pain. Marsha is very knowledgeable, patient and through. She address root cause and works on it. I highly recommend her service.
