I wish I could actually rate the work because I'm in desperate need for service for my deep Fryers but customer service lady or sounded more like a girl is so not good at her job. Wrong tone of voice and extremely unsympathetic. Firstly I asked about service, she gave me the info, and I asked to make a booking of course she was not excited and you can just tell she did not want to work. But we started with all the questions and when she asked about credit card details i shared with her how ever since scamming has become so easy I am not confident giving my credit card details over the phone. All traidies come, do a job send me invoices I pay after or even better I can pay upfront if send the invoice over an email. But she said. No!. If you don't give me your credit card details we can't do anything for you. Her tone of voice and way she just handled the whole conversation led me to just give up and hung up. How rude people can be!.
Wouldn't trust anyone else with my commercial equipment. KCI has the fastest turn around time compared to the other service agents I have used. There's nothing they cant do! I highly recommend KCI.
We use KCI a lot for some supply of equipment, spare parts and servicing and it's fantastic dealing with Jo and her team. Neil the tech is lovely on-site and Courtney doing all the co-ordination is very thorough and easy to deal with. Highly recommend them.
