Went here the other day, I walked out feeling very very happy with my eyebrows, I had them threaded and tinted for such a great price! It was such quick service I think I was only in the waiting room for about 5 mins when it was really busy! Also the actual threading of the eyebrows was done super well Ive been to place where they have put no creams or anything on my face but here was different!,I was constantly asked if I was happy with how they looked and was treated very well! definitely recommend!Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

I had an eye trio appt with Jot yesterday, and she did an awesome job. Was very calm, polite, explained everything she was doing as my eyes were closed with lash tint. She asked multiple times if I was comfortable, and asked what brow shape I prefer. She did a really great job and made me very relaxed. Thanks Jot! :Services:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

Everyone is amazing here and friendly here . I usually book Grace she does my eyebrows perfectly and gently since I have sensitive skin. If you don’t want your eyebrows to be too thin then I will highly recommend going here since they won’t over do your eyebrows like other places. Thank You!!!!Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

**Edited after speaking to Kayra  We were a group of 6 who booked in this place as a shout to our hard working team members who are in the beauty industry. Each team member had either a gel manicure or gel pedicure and the staff here were wonderful and did a great job would have been 5 stars for the nails themselves!.  Booking it was difficult- I repeatedly mentioned we were a group of 6 who were either going to be getting a gel manicure or gel pedicure- the lady on the phone kept brushing me off and saying "yes, yes". Next day I called to confirm and they had only booked for one person not 6 and for both manicure and pedicure with the next lady on the phone telling me its not possible to book for 6 as they don't have the staff. They ended up splitting us and making it work though, which we really appreciated.  Later on however, we found out the business owner sent one of our staff members their job advertisement via seek staff member wasn't active on her Seek profile at the time the email was sent to her. I have booked a pedicure gel today at their place, and I am not sure what to feel about this. Do you think this is acceptable? I went to this place as I have seen excellent reviews. Very disappointed. Waste of money

Kiran was my beauty therapist today. She threaded my eyebrows which was the first time I’d ever had it and did an absolutely beautiful job at it , I will definitely be using Kirans services again. She was absolutely amazing.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

I left upset with 2 different shaped eyebrows. The manager refused to give me a refund or have someone else try to fix them. Although her manner was polite, the service from this shop is getting worse every year.. Edit.. Your response is invalid. I told you I wanted my eyebrows to look the same and was refused this. I went to another shop in the mall and had them fixed. Ive asked for a refund once before but my eyebrows were fixed by someone else instead, and I had been coming here for over 5 years so not managing to make it only 4 times isn't too bad!

I have seen Kiran twice now, and she is by far the best person I have had for waxing, does an amazing job for both eyebrows and body waxing! Will definitely keep coming back :Services:&nbsp;Body waxing

Highly recommend Kayra Beauty! The staff are so welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable about what they do. I always feel so relaxed throughout the entire service, and left feeling amazing!
