Submitted an online hit and run report after my car was hit at a local shops. Took them two months to call the security office after countless calls and assurances that my case would be sorted ASAP. Once they finally felt like making a 2 minute call to the security office 2months after the incident the footage was long gone. So now I’m stuck footing the bill for the repairs while whoever did it got off Scott free. Had the nerve to lie to me on the phone and say the system didn’t upload my report in time. Even though I called them a couple days after submitted to check they had received it….which they had.

Our car was broken into and the police at Kawana station were extremely helpful and even vacuumed up the broken glass inside the car. Thank you for your help.

Why does the phone only ring twice and then a recording plays saying the station is unnatended??!! So annoying!

Okay If Crime Only Happens Between The Hours Of 8am-4pm On Weekdays!
