I don’t recommend this shop. They have many Japanese import products. But most staffs are very rude and not friendly.  I put a product into my bag after I bought it. Suddenly a staff called me. Then she scanned it again. I told her that I already bought it from you now. She clicked her tongue.  I can’t understand why she didn’t apologize for me. She wanted me to be a shoplifter?? Anyway the owner should teach them what is hospitality.

The behavior or the sales girls are rude ....the shop has good collection but they don't know how to behave with customers. Plus I felt bit awkward when I saw they are closely following me around the stores. By reading other comments I realized that they have stereotypical  views on other races.if they are worried about shoplifting they have to hire security guard.

Very very very bad experience. On Friday, 7 of Jan 2022 It was the first time to enter the shop with my mother in law and it was the last time. The two ladies act us very bad service and they weren’t polite with us. I found a cream hand, the lady said in a bad way “you cant smell it”  so I told her how can I decide which one I would like I understood maybe because of Corona, but there is a nice way to say it so I took one of the cream, then I went to see the other items, the lady screamed “hey pay here” I told her but Im still looking for the other items, she said OK leave the cream with me! I told her what do you mean? That I'm steeling the cream? So I left the cream with her and told her I will not buy anything from here and I will report you, they started laughing. If I have a shop, the first thing I do to put a nicely, friendly workers. If there is less than 1 star I will put it for the workers.

Staff are insanely rude. Walked into the store after checking in and both girls were staring at me and one yelled out "Mask?!". I had pulled it down earlier for face ID in order to check in via phone. I was about to pull it back up but was focused on putting my phone back in my handbag lol. I immediately walked out.

Nice place to get some Asian groceries and exotic noodles in Adelaide CBD area.

Felt very intimidated by the workers, felt like they were racially discriminating my sister and i as they were only keeping an eye on us and not the other customers who were of the same race as the workers and some of them were Westerns. My sister took one of the products from one side to the other and they denied her to. However there was another customer who was of the same race as the workers and they allowed them to take thier product without paying to the other side of the store and asked my sister to pay first. Felt like the owner of the store told them to keep an eye on the "brown" skined customers as they worker were eyeing us like hawks.  Ridiculous! Have had the same experience previously.

Good place for cheap imported snacks and homewares. I do like that they have a decent range of cosmetics and skin care but the customer service could be improved. I often feel as though I am being watched closely for fear of shop lifting when I visit.

Great selection of candies and trinkets

One of my favourite places to go when I just have to buy something. Never yet not found something that brought me delight and no guilt when everything is only $2.80! Plus there are so many items that are really useful not just the cute stuff.

Watch out when you shop here as there are many items are marked at lower prices than its actual price. You could get hit by a surprise bill. Staffs unfriendly, especially female staff gave us a look that why you care about a few dollars difference. Happened many times here, definitely not recommending!!
