I recently had my 21st birthday at Kauri Community and Sports centre. Michael manager was not only professional but also incredibly accomodating on all my ideas and plans for my event and made it feel really personal and special for my night. The venue is spacious and a perfect venue for a group of people. Having access to the balcony was great with the nice weather. Being able to access the music, microphones, able to change tables chairs, the projector and manipulate the space how I wanted was so easy. After the night every person I spoke to said how beautiful the venue was and how good it was on the night. I highly recommend hiring this space! Thank you Kauri team
Hired this venue for a work quiz night / Xmas party. Michael provided excellent service and no request was too much. Facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. Bar prices were very good and the AV system worked perfectly.nHighly recommend this facility for functions and would be happy to return..
This was our second 21st we held at Kauri and both events were great. Michael is amazing to deal with and makes everything so easy. The venue is in a great spot overlooking the ocean and the sunsets are great from the balcony. Drinks selection is massive and Michael goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend.
We organised a joint 40th/18th here and from the initial contact to the end result, we had an amazing, carefree experience!nnNothing was too much trouble for Mike and he went above and beyond in making sure our night was all we had hoped!nnWould highly recommend as a venue to hire and we definitely would hire again for any upcoming function!
