Ladies are friendly and professional but their sugar waxing is poor. I've been twice now with very poor results, returning after the first time to re-do, then having to be waxed elsewhere after the second appointment. It's conducted in a poorly lit room, and the girls are really doing it by feel. Long strips and patches of hair have been left behind both times. I have had 2 different beauty therapists, and the results are the same. No offer of a refund when I called to cancel my 3rd  upcoming appointment when I explained why I was canceling, and that I had to be waxed elsewhere following the sugaring. I wouldn't recommend for waxing. I can't comment on other beauty services they offer. I won't be returning.

First time going and as a new mum who has a 5month old, baby had to come to the appointment with me. It was just for a eyebrow wax but wow the treatment from the ladies was incredible! One of the staff grabbed Bub for a few minutes so I could just have a nice peaceful 5minutes. They were truly caring and kind and helped entertain Bub and distract her to keep her happy. Amazing, personal service and so blessed they all helped with Bub. Think she made some of the girls very clucky haha Thankyou will deffs be coming back and recommending

I visited Katrinas Skin Works for the first time today and made my follow up booking immediately. Eryn was friendly and explained the processes she was doing every step of the way. Customer service was exceptional. My appointment had to be rescheduled due to the therapist being unwell and then a follow up call was made to fit me in earlier as Eryn had finished up early with her previous client. Outstanding service. I will definitely recommend Katrina's Skin Works Burpengary to friends.

I’m delighted with the service and treatment I received today. Kayla is a true professional with great customer service and knowledge. My wife and I had Laser Genesis Treatment for some self-love and thoroughly enjoyed our time.  The consultation was in-depth including photography  where a machine showed facial pigmentation and other skin concerns.  The treatment was pain-free and ended with a facial which was excellent.  The treatment rooms were peaceful, dark and welcoming reminding me of relaxing days spent on overseas holiday at hotel spas. The tranquil music aided the ambiance.  I’ve had Laser Genesis elsewhere although  this experience was more superior. Thank you Kayla. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, even more beautiful staff. Reasonably prices treatments, services and products. Has been my go to for all my beauty and skin treatments for the last 7 years. Can't recommend Katrinas skin works enough.

The extensive services offered are  amazing but most of the professional and friendly staff made my experience truly fantastic.

Great service every visit. I love the pampering, and take home tips that help with the upkeep of my unruly curls and ageing skin. Thankyou Everyone.
