I had 4 interactions with these good folks, and every interaction left me impressed and finally amazed with their service and quality. Firstly they met me at my car when I drove up unannounced, and promptly protected the damaged area and arranged the time to return for repair. Then they called me 10 minutes from appointment time to confirm I was inbound. Upon arrival this morning at their immaculate workshop they immediately explained what they needed to do to fix the large area of damage, and got straight into it. Whilst still sipping my coffee at a cafe down the road one of the team walks in, hands me my keys and says my car is parked just out front of the cafe. Then he walked back to work. I love these guys! An impressive example of how business should be done, especially when considering the benefits of repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.Service: Auto windshield repair
Great service called at 1 on a Friday afternoon as toddler had smashed glass door. Measurer was out by 1.30 then another lot of contractors had it all fixed by 3pm. All very friendly, polite reasonable priced also, highly recommend thank you.
Stopped in without a booking and had three chips repaired and back on the road 45 minutes later. High quality repairs and friendly service. They sorted everything with my insurer so didn’t cost anything. Can’t recommend enough!

We drove in today as our windscreen was cracked and Grant couldn't have helped us more. The customer service we received was exceptional and our windscreen was fixed in no time so were able to get back on the road. As we weren't booked in at all, Grant could have turned us away but he did the opposite and made sure we were all safe to drive away. Thanks so much to you and your team Grant.
