Kathmandu has a great layout and a huge variety of clothing. I was clearly looking around and checking labels, but not one person came to ask if I needed any help. Two staff members were chatting amongst themselves but made no effort to assist me. I walked out.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was looking at shoes for over 5 minutes whilst two staff members were chatting at the counter behind me. Not one of them welcomed me or asked if I needed assistance despite me picking up multiple shoes. With staff like this it’s no wonder the retail industry in Australia is disappearing...
