Nice and friendly staff. Quality of products are not bad for the price. But not the best in the market. They have seasonal sales and clearance with reasonable discounts. Worths a visit.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I was discriminated against by an older male staff member, asked to leave the shop as I have bad eczema and am unable to use normal hand sanitiser. I carry my own& am a clean, well presented human! You can keep your $450 jacket, overpriced and SO RUDE
So long as you buy on sale good products. But this shop is very expensive. $400 winter jackets that are on sale for $220 which is more appropriate pricing. Avoid unless buying on sale from this chain.
Michael the zipper wizard will fix any zipper from a bag or jacket, in no time and with a smile!

Always buy Kathmandu. Never been to the one in chapel.. The staff member is unfriendly. Maybe I got the bad one. Sad.
