I had visited the KWH Armadale store a few times with friends when I was helping them chose their wedding gowns, so I already knew that the girls in KWH were exceptionally helpful and the gowns exceptionally beautiful. Therefore, when it came time to chose my own gown, I went straight to KWH and was not disappointed. The team at KWH were absolutely wonderful to deal with, they were so attentive, helpful and professional, and my visits were always genuinely fun! The dress I ended up purchasing (bodice and skirt) was so beautifully crafted and absolutely gorgeous! The seamstress was a true artisan, and I will forever love my dress. Thank you so much KWH, I will continue to recommend you to everyone I know who is getting married!

I had the most wonderful experience with Karen Willis Holmes. From my first appointment with the beautiful Rachel, through to my fittings with the specialist dress makers, all aspects of the process were easy and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff know what they are doing and made perfect suggestions for what I was looking for. I was so pleased with how my wedding dress turned out (I needed a few alterations due to my height) and couldn't have been happier on the day. I received so many comments on the simple elegance of my gown, and how beautifully it was made. Please go and visit Karen Willis Holmes, they are so good at what they do!

I had a wonderful and relaxed fitting with the ladies at the Armadale store and couldn't be happier with my beautiful dress. The staff were friendly and accommodating given that my weddings is only a few months away now! The dresses themselves are incredible. All of them are flattering, elegant and chic, and it was difficult to pick a favourite among them!

I picked up my wedding dress last week to take home from Melbourne to Adelaide. The staff have been superb from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Great experience and such beautiful dresses. I couldn’t recommended these guys more.

This was the best experience I've had at any wedding dress store. The dresses were beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond. I had 3 of my bridesmaids with me, and we were having a bit of fun and my consultant, Caitlin, was joining in on the fun making it such a pleasant experience. She was absolutely exceptional, so friendly and ubderstanding of what I wanted. I also want to especially mention that this is the only store the offered wine and water, my bridesmaids and I were not offered anything at any other wedding dress store.
