Her report was expansive and in-depth & allowed me to make an informed decision about how to proceed with the purchase of my highly desired but older property. The written report she emailed me was detailed with clear photos & descriptions of all aspects of the property & this allowed me to approach the vendor with evidence for a significant & fair reduction in the purchase price. Additionally I was able to create a plan for the immediate needs of the house & develop a list of prioritised maintenance issues. I learnt so much.
