My experience at Kaplan Business School Adelaide has been extremely disappointing. I was unfairly accused of an academic integrity violation due to referencing issues and failed despite attending an interview and explaining my case.nThe lecturer promised to help me pass and review my drafts but later ignored me and targeted me unfairly. I was given a verbal supplementary interview without adequate preparation time, and despite providing satisfactory answers, I was given 0 marks.nThe remarking process was also unfair, as my score was reduced from 45 to 43 without any explanation. Despite multiple follow-ups with the lecturer, subject coordinator, and support team, I received no proper assistance.nThis was my final subject which has severely impacted my future. I would not recommend this institution to any student.It’s very greedy institution.

This uni’s student service is exceptional. Very good on every aspect from teaching, guidance from the teachers, and student advisers. I have a mental health condition while studying, but they really helped me a lot along the way, which help me remain hopes and on track with my study. I am still doing my study here, and I love everything about this place. Their following up and kind guidance is so good and helped me a lot. The counselling people are awesome as well. The manager, student experience officers, teachers are all dedicated, very friendly and helpful.
