Slow and unreliable. I used their services for a few years at least and was satisfied until their service become worst. I was asked for many things to prove my details and eventually they refused to service me because they can't verify my ID which is laughable since everything is proper and i have no problem with mobile phone provider and practically everyone for my ID verification. I have not used their service since then and found many suitable replacements.

Better than nothing, being their customer for 4 years, recent staff is unreliable & lazy, but seem they didnt give a stuff

I've used this service for more than 6 years to send money to various people in Indonesia and they are very prompt and reliable. It does take a bit of setting up of people's details and there's a fairly low daily limit but that is for legal reasons, not their fault.

A little bit difficult to deal with due to restrictions put on place for overseas financial transactions in Australia BUT otherwise legitimate. Used to transfer AUD to INDO a number of times now quick response. I would recommend it if you are willing to put up with the sign up process and language barrier.
